Wow. This video spoke volumes. I don’t know how I ended up in the teen service tonight, but I am SOOOO glad I was there to watch this powerful message.
Thanks, Mr. Brian for showing this to us tonight.
Thank you so much for showing this video. At first I didn’t think the content would really apply to me, because I guess I thought of myself as this great Christian who reads her bible and goes to church, but boy was I wrong! I definitely got a wake up call. The video really made me think and question my actions and wonder if the things I do are good enough to get me into Heaven. Some of the things said in the video were a little painful to hear, but they definitely needed to be heard. Thanks again for showing it!

I am glad the video was received as it was. Paul Washer has the ability to say what needs to be said in a very plain but effective way.
The gate is narrow and the Path is Narrow, but how does that compare to what the Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 2:8-10.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God–not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
We are saved by grace. We are not saved by our works. We can never do enough to be saved. In fact the only one who could do enough has already done it; Jesus paid the debt that we could not. STUDENTS – Please do not mistake what Paul Washer was saying. He was not telling us that we must do the right things in order to get to heaven. BUT, once we are saved, that stance in Christ should compel us to good works; and the lack of good works is the “thermometer” that indicates true repentance and change. WE ARE NOT CHANGED BY WHAT WE DO, BUT BEING SAVED SHOULD CHANGE WHAT WE DO.
